Busch 10 x 80 Binoculars
A report written by a team from Ernst Leitz in 1936 considered Emil Busch's 10 x 80 prototype to be superior to its rivals. It was consequently accepted as the standard binocular for the German army. The rugged construction made the model suitable for all services including the kriegsmarine, for day and night observation and the direction of fire from artillery and flak stations.
